ACCESSORIES
Fillet King Accessories are available to enhance the use of the product for specific tasks
 Carving Decks and  Mini-Boards are used to provide a flat secure surface for vertical cutting. Each locks onto the grate with pads that fit into the grate squares and can be used on the board or as a stand alone item. They are recommended for electric knife users for making the second cut of removing the rib cage against a flat and elevated surface.
  Clamp Decks are mounted onto a carving deck and fit into any position on the grate so that the clamp can be used in any direction to apply pressure (30 lbs) on the object. (This was initally designed for an aid for disabled and is not required for normal board use.)
  Joiner Sets are patented connections that make the product modular to fit the needs of the user. They can be purchased to add more boards to your system to fit your needs. Twin Packs contain one long and one short joiner and Family Packs contain two short and three long joiners. When "joined" the boards are seemless in controlling the mess.
 Fillet Knife is specially chosen for flex and ability to hold an edge and to be resharpened as needed. We are very particular in the knife we chose to offer to our customers.
 Oops Brush is used for those who forget to clean their board immediately after use and while any brush of its type does the job, this one fits the grate squares perfectly.
